Job Title : Telecaller-Wholesale Business

Location : Gurugram, Haryana 122001

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to handle customer calls, generate wholesale orders, follow up with existing customers, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to wholesalers, retailers, dealers, and existing customers.
- Receive and respond to customer enquiries regarding products, prices, stock, and offers.
- Generate leads and convert calls into sales/orders.
- Follow up on pending enquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Maintain regular contact with existing wholesale customers.
- Inform customers about new products, schemes, discounts, and promotions.
- Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and dispatch teams for order processing.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, orders, and follow-ups.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate for timely resolution.




- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
- Prepare basic daily call and sales reports.

Required Skills

- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi and basic English communication; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.
- Customer-focused and polite telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge, especially Excel/WhatsApp.
- Ability to follow up consistently and achieve targets.
- Previous telecalling or wholesale sales experience is preferred.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, wholesale sales, customer service, or a related field.

Pay: Up to ₹17,000.00 per month
