Job Summary

We are looking for a Laptop & Desktop Sales Associate who can assist customers in selecting the right laptops, desktops, and related accessories. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, basic knowledge of computer products, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and understand their requirements.
- Recommend suitable laptops, desktops, and accessories based on customer needs and budget.
- Explain product features, specifications, brands, and benefits in a simple way.
- Demonstrate products and assist customers in making purchase decisions.
- Promote related products such as laptop bags, accessories, software, and warranties.
- Handle customer queries, returns, and warranty-related concerns professionally.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain sales records.




- Keep product displays clean, organized, and updated.
- Assist with stock checking, restocking, and inventory updates.
- Stay updated with new laptop models, computer products, and technology trends.
- Follow up with customers after sales when required.
- Assist customers with basic product setup and troubleshooting.

Requirements

- Experience in Laptop, Desktop, Computer, Electronics, IT Hardware, or Retail Sales will be preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of laptops, desktops, operating systems, and computer accessories.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
