Job Description:

We are looking for experienced QA professionals with strong exposure to pharmaceutical pellet manufacturing. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Quality Assurance activities related to pellets, documentation, compliance, and shop floor QA operations in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle Quality Assurance activities for pellet manufacturing operations.

* Preparing and Filling DMF.

* Review and approve BMR/BPR, SOPs, protocols, and reports.

* Monitor shop floor activities and ensure GMP compliance.

* Perform line clearance and in-process checks.

* Handle deviations, CAPA, change controls, and investigations.

* Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits.

* Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements.

* Coordinate with Production, QC, and other departments for smooth operations.





* Review and maintain QA documentation as per company standards.

* Participate in qualification and validation activities.

Required Skills

* Robust knowledge of pellet manufacturing processes.

* Experience in pharmaceutical Quality Assurance.

* Knowledge of cGMP, USFDA, MHRA, EU guidelines.

* Good documentation and communication skills.

* Experience in handling audits and investigations.

* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Qualification

* B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc or related qualification.

Preferred Industry

Pharmaceutical / Formulations / Pellets Manufacturing
