About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to connect with prospective students, understand their requirements, provide course information, and generate leads/enrolments for our AI & Tech training programs.

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective students/leads.

* Explain courses, training programs, fees, and career opportunities.

* Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.

* Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.

* Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.

* Schedule counselling sessions or appointments.

* Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.





* Handle queries professionally and build positive relationships with students.

Requirements

* 6 months–2 years of telecalling/customer-handling experience.

* Good communication skills in English, Hindi and/or Marathi.

* Confident and persuasive personality.

* Good follow-up and convincing skills.

* Target-oriented and enthusiastic approach.

* Experience in education, training, sales, or counselling will be an advantage.
