- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand and client objectives.
- Plan, manage, and execute monthly content calendars across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to conceptualize and produce engaging visuals, reels, and copy.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to keep content relevant and impactful.
- Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and engagement activities across all client accounts.
- Coordinate with clients for brief understanding, approvals, and feedback (as and when required)
- Optimize strategy and content based on data-driven insights and platform updates.
- Handle community engagement - respond to messages, comments, and mentions promptly.
- Maintain brand consistency in tone, style, and visual identity across all platforms.
- Stay updated with recent trends, formats, and platform algorithm changes.
