K.J. Somaiya Hospital & Research Centre, a 550-bedded medical college and hospital in Sion, Mumbai, invites applications for an HR Internship in its Human Resources Department.

This is an internship intended for students and freshers who wish to gain practical exposure to HR operations in a large hospital setup. An internship certificate will be provided on successful completion.

Duration: 3 to 6 months (full-time, in person)

Key Learning Areas:

- Assist in sourcing and screening resumes from job portals and the internal database

- Support interview scheduling and coordination with candidates and departments

- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities of new employees

- Help maintain employee personal files and HR documentation

- Support data entry and updation of employee records in the HRIS

- Assist in preparing recruitment trackers and MIS reports in Excel

- Support campus recruitment drives and employee engagement activities

- Any other HR assignments given by the department from time to time

Requirements:





- Pursuing or recently completed MBA / MPM / PGDM in HR, or a graduate degree in any discipline

- Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi

- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word

- Willing to commit to the full internship duration

- Sincere, disciplined and able to maintain confidentiality
