Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to supervise daily restaurant operations, coordinate service staff, maintain service standards, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily restaurant operations.
- Allocate duties to service staff.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance.
- Ensure proper table setup and service.
- Handle customer queries and complaints.
- Coordinate between kitchen and service teams.
- Monitor food and service quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Support billing and cash-handling procedures.




- Monitor inventory and communicate stock requirements.
- Train new staff on service standards.
- Prepare operational reports as required.
