The sales manager oversees daily sales operations, guides agents or channel partners, and ensures the team meets gross-profit and unit targets.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Train, coach, and mentor agents to improve their closing skills and productivity.Sales Strategy: Set weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas and action plans.Partner Management: Build relationships with key clients and manage channel partners to secure deals.Market Research: Analyze current housing trends, competitor pricing, and economic indicators.Performance Tracking: Review key performance indicators (KPIs) and report results to senior leadership
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
