We are looking for a WhatsApp Sales Co-ordinator who will be responsible for managing the company’s WhatsApp communication, responding to customer enquiries, sharing product information, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring timely follow-ups with customers and leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the company’s official WhatsApp account.
- Respond to customer enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Handle incoming leads and enquiries received through WhatsApp.
- Share product details, catalogues, brochures, images, videos and quotations with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Forward qualified leads to the concerned Sales Executive/Manager.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations and pending responses.
- Maintain proper records of WhatsApp enquiries and lead status.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service and other departments for customer requirements.
- Ensure all customer messages are answered within the defined response time.
- Handle customer complaints or issues and escalate them to the concerned department.
- Maintain qualified communication and customer relationships.
- Prepare daily/weekly WhatsApp enquiry and follow-up reports.
Required Skills
- Good English, Hindi and Gujarati communication skills.
- Excellent WhatsApp handling and typing skills.
- Good written communication and professional messaging etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Customer-focused and polite approach.
- Basic knowledge of sales and lead management will be an advantage.
Preferred Candidate
- 0–3 years of experience in WhatsApp Customer Support, Telecalling, Sales Coordination, Customer Care or Lead Management.
- Candidates with experience handling business WhatsApp accounts will be preferred.
- Experience in machinery, manufacturing, furniture, woodworking or B2B sales will be an added
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
