We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team!

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience: 1+ Years in Real Estate Sales
Age: 25 – 35 Years
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per Month
CRM Knowledge: Must have good knowledge of CRM software
Two-Wheeler: Must own a bike with a valid driving license
Site Visit: Positive knowledge of handling and coordinating site visits
Communication: Excellent communication and client-handling skills
Project Knowledge: Ability to explain apartment projects and amenities to customers
Sales Skills: Lead follow-up, customer relationship management, and closing sales

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle customer enquiries and generate sales leads.




Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain customer relationships.
Coordinate and manage client site visits.
Explain project details, pricing, and amenities to customers.
Update customer information and follow-ups in the CRM.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
