Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our project team and oversee civil engineering activities for pipeline and railway infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in site execution, project coordination, quality control, and construction supervision.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that project activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
- Manage execution of civil works related to pipeline and railway infrastructure projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and construction documents before execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, project teams, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to the approved schedule.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with approved drawings and technical specifications.
- Monitor the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, progress reports, measurement records, and other project documentation.
- Coordinate quantity measurements and support billing and certification activities.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, machinery, and other project resources.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety procedures and project requirements.
- Coordinate with railway authorities, clients, consultants, and other statutory/project stakeholders wherever required.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, execution, monitoring,



and completion of project activities.
- Identify potential delays, technical issues, and construction risks and report them to the Project Manager.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical updates on site progress.
- Ensure proper completion, inspection, testing, and handover of assigned works.

Required Qualifications

- BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering – Mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in civil construction.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pipeline and/or railway infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, site execution, measurements, and quality control.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Good knowledge of project documentation and site reporting.
- Valuable coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work at project sites and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel or relocate based on project requirements.

Preferred Skills

- Pipeline construction experience.
- Railway infrastructure/project execution experience.
- Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation and measurements.
- Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and construction standards.
- Familiarity with MS Office and project documentation.
- Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and government/project authorities.

Eligibility

Mandatory:

- BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering is a Must
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Relevant experience in pipeline and/or railway projects

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
