Job Description – MBA Graduate Trainee

- MBA (Marketing, Finance, Operations, Business Analytics, or equivalent) with solid business acumen and problem-solving skills.

- Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Machine Learning concepts, and their business applications. Inspired by internal AI capability frameworks emphasizing prompt engineering, AI adoption, and business use cases.

- Support business analysis, market research, data interpretation, and preparation of management reports and presentations.

- Utilize AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms to improve productivity, research, content creation, and decision-making.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, process improvement,



and AI-enabled business transformation.

- Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements for digital and AI initiatives.

- Develop dashboards, reports, and insights using Excel, Power BI, and other analytics tools to support business decisions.

- Demonstrate strong communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and client-facing skills.

- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and best practices to recommend innovative business solutions.

- Exhibit a learning mindset, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and AI productivity tools.

- Basic understanding of Data Analytics, Power BI, SQL, or Python.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
