Front Office Executive

Location: KK Nagar, Chennai
Salary: Rs. 12,000 Take-Home

Job Description:

- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Coordinate with customers regarding requirements, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain valuable customer relationships and provide timely support.
- Coordinate with the internal team for customer orders and service requests.
- Maintain basic customer records and follow up on pending enquiries.

Requirements:

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Candidates residing near KK Nagar preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
