As a Retail Sales Officer at Tanishq, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your primary duties include assisting customers in the selection of jewellery, building long-term relationships, and achieving individual and store sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information on products including gold, diamond, and platinum collections.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and provide excellent service throughout the buying process.
- Upsell and cross-sell jewellery based on customer interest.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
- Support inventory management, stock display, and product tagging.
- Assist in store events, promotions, and festive campaigns.
- Follow the SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and adhere to compliance guidelines.
- Maintain the cleanliness and visual merchandising standards of the showroom.
- Assist with billing and payment processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate (Preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery, fashion, or luxury retail.
- Freshers with good communication and grooming may also apply.
