Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Foreman / Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines while maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.
- Manage and coordinate labor, subcontractors, and site resources efficiently.
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor project progress and report daily work status to the Project Engineer/Project Manager.
- Ensure availability and proper utilization of materials, machinery, and manpower.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards throughout construction activities.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and company policies at the project site.
- Verify measurements, quantities, and work completion records.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, vendors,



and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
- Maintain site records, attendance, material consumption, and progress reports.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues to avoid delays and cost overruns.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the construction site.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in building construction projects.
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of RCC, masonry, finishing, waterproofing, and other construction activities.
- Basic knowledge of construction quality standards and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp, and basic reporting tools is desirable.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
