"1. Planning and procurement of Consumable items, Raw Materials & Local General Purchase.

2. Follow up with supplier of consumable Items.

3. To review and foresee the market conditions and update the management for expected changes in supplier and price of products.

4. Coordination and communication with production planning and suppliers, Issue of Purchase orders, Control of inventories and maintain min and max stock level,

5. Collect the quotation and decide the PO and seek approval of the management.

6. Assisting Bill clearances and coordination with Accounts department.

7. Arranging debit note or credit note towards rejection or rate differences.

8. Decide the daily dispatch plan with vendors, job workers,



Coordination with Quality Department for incoming raw material approval rejection, Negotiation with all suppliers/Job workers and vendors for cost saving."
