Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage surveyors, assistant surveyors, and helpers, ensuring tasks are allocated and completed on time.
- Organize and monitor daily survey activities, including topographical, route, construction, and as‑built surveys.
- Verify survey data before submission to project management, ensuring precision and reliability.
- Establish control networks, conduct layout and setting‑out works, and review survey calculations.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients to resolve discrepancies and provide updates.
- Mentor survey personnel, monitor productivity, and conduct performance reviews.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of instruments like Total Station, GPS/DGPS, Auto Level, Drone equipment, and GIS tools.
- Review reports, drawings, and records; maintain databases; and coordinate with CAD/GIS teams.
- Implement quality control procedures, ensure adherence to standards, and verify contractor survey works.
