About the Role

We are looking for a highly responsible, disciplined, and autonomous Interior Site Supervisor to take complete ownership of our in office execution. This role requires active labor management, strict material tracking, accurate BOQ analysis, and extensive multi-site travel. The candidate must know site work perfectly, require minimal office supervision, and be capable of handling tough site environments independently.

Key Responsibilities

- On-Site Execution: Oversee day-to-day work for residential flats and commercial spaces, ensuring everything matches the approved design layouts and MEP drawings.
- BOQ & Material Tracking: Thoroughly understand the BOQ (Bill of Quantities), verify site measurements against the BOQ, check vendor bills, and ensure work is executed within the specified quantities.
- Labor & Vendor Management: Assign daily tasks to labor teams (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false ceiling installers) and strictly enforce quality and discipline on-site.
- Finishing & Quality Control: Perform strict quality checks on raw materials and final finishing (alignment, laminate pressing, polish quality, tile grouting). Zero tolerance for substandard work.
- Material Coordination: Raise material indents timely based on BOQ estimates to ensure zero labor sit-idle time, while minimizing material wastage.
- Project Tracking & Handover: Manage strict timelines,



handle late-evening handovers during commercial project deadlines, and send daily photo/video updates to the management team.

Job Requirements & Education

- Education: Diploma / Degree in Interior Designing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. (However, candidates with exceptional practical site experience will also be considered).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of solid field experience strictly running interior execution sites (Candidates with only civil/structure construction construction or fresher profiles will not be considered).
- Technical Skills: Expert at reading and interpreting 2D/3D CAD drawings, electrical layouts, plumbing maps, cross-section details, and managing BOQ calculations.
- Conveyance: Must own a personal operational two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid driving license for daily commuting across different project sites in Gurugram/NCR.
- Operational Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in demanding site environments, handling rough labor coordination, and managing late-evening commercial project handovers.
