About the Role

Ivy Herbals is looking for an experienced and confident Sales Executive to join our team in Saharanpur. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent vocals, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads and develop new customers.
- Handle and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Make regular calls and follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and management teams for order execution.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and orders.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential customers.
- Regularly report sales activities and progress to management.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience is mandatory.
- Candidates must be based in Saharanpur.




- Excellent verbal communication and good vocal/voice clarity.
- Confident and professional communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Valuable follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is preferred.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Candidates with experience in pharma, Ayurvedic, herbal, cosmetics, nutraceutical, veterinary, or FMCG sales will be preferred.
