About the Company

GOYAL GLOBAL METALMART PRIVATE LIMITED is engaged in the trading and supply of a wide range of industrial Iron & Steel products used in construction, infrastructure, industrial and engineering projects.

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive who can identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads from EPC contractors, construction companies, industrial projects, builders, infrastructure companies and procurement teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Iron & Steel products.

- Regularly track upcoming and ongoing construction, infrastructure, industrial and EPC projects.

- Visit project sites and meet Purchase Managers, Procurement Managers, Project Managers, Contractors and other decision-makers.

- Generate qualified enquiries for steel products and convert leads into business opportunities.

- Develop and maintain relationships with EPC contractors, builders, fabricators, project companies and industrial customers.

- Collect project information such as steel requirements, specifications, quantities, timelines and procurement schedules.

- Follow up on enquiries, quotations and ongoing requirements with customers.

- Coordinate with the internal sales team for pricing, availability, freight and quotation preparation.

- Maintain a systematic database of prospects, projects, contacts, enquiries and follow-ups.

- Achieve monthly lead-generation and sales targets.





- Provide regular market and competitor feedback to management.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing or equivalent qualification preferred.

- 2–5 years of experience in B2B field sales/marketing, preferably in Steel, Construction Materials, Infrastructure, EPC or Industrial Products.

- Solid communication and negotiation skills.

- Should be comfortable with extensive field visits and meeting senior procurement personnel.

- Should have the ability to independently identify projects and develop new customer relationships.

- Knowledge of Iron & Steel products such as TMT bars, structural steel, MS plates, pipes, channels, angles, beams and other industrial steel products will be an advantage.

- Must be target-oriented, energetic and willing to work aggressively on new business development.

- Existing contacts/network with EPC contractors, construction companies, builders or procurement professionals will be an advantage.

- Candidates should be comfortable working from our Gurgaon office and travelling for customer/project visits.
