- Supervise and review day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities, ensuring accurate maintenance of books of accounts.
- Manage daily recording and verification of receipts, payments, credits, debits, invoices, and supporting documents.
- Ensure timely Tally / Zoho Books entries, weekly reconciliation, and accuracy of accounting records.
- Review bank statements, perform regular bank reconciliations, and monitor bank transactions and outstanding payments.
- Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash flow, including expense tracking and financial planning.
- Ensure timely monthly compliance with GST, TDS, Qualified Tax (PT), and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Manage payroll accounting, including salary processing, payslips, and related records.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, MIS reports, management inputs, and regular financial updates to support decision-making.
- Maintain and track fixed assets, depreciation, stock records, and inventory statements, including regular reconciliation.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies while ensuring adherence to standard accounting procedures and financial controls.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and internal teams as required.
- Develop and improve accounting practices,



internal controls, SOPs, reporting processes, and financial efficiency relevant to manufacturing and e-commerce operations.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in a Manager/Supervisory role.
- CA Inter / CA Final / Qualified CA candidates preferred; candidates at different stages of CA may be considered.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Tally, and Zoho Books.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, PT, payroll, accounting, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and coordinate with management.
