To support our expanding operations in East Delhi, we are looking for enthusiastic, well-spoken, and result-oriented Telecallers to join our customer relations team.

Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of MD Motors. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with existing and potential customers to drive sales inquiries, service bookings, and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Outbound Calling: Make daily calls to customers for service reminders, insurance renewals, test drive bookings, and promotional offers.
- Lead Generation & Follow-up: Handle inbound inquiries, follow up on potential sales leads, and invite customers to visit the showroom/service center.
- Customer Feedback:



Conduct post-sales and post-service feedback calls to measure customer satisfaction and log grievances.
- Data Management: Maintain and update an accurate database of customer interactions, call statuses, and feedback in the system.
- Coordination: Coordinate with the sales and service teams to pass on hot leads and urgent customer requirements.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or inside sales (Experience in an automobile dealership is a huge plus, but freshers with great communication skills are welcome!).
- Language Skills: Fluency in Hindi is mandatory; valuable command over English is highly desirable.
- Soft Skills: Pleasant phone etiquette, active listening skills, and a polite, persuasive nature.
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and comfort using calling software or CRM systems.

Pay: ₹384.00 - ₹400.00 per month
