Job Description

Scymes Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Payroll Executive / Senior Payroll Executive to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for managing payroll inputs, coordinating with our outsourced payroll partner, and ensuring timely and accurate salary processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, verify, and maintain monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, new joiners, exits, and salary changes.
- Coordinate with payroll partner for monthly payroll processing and ensure accurate salary calculations.
- Review payroll outputs and resolve discrepancies with the payroll partner.
- Prepare and upload salary payment files on the Bank portal.
- Ensure timely salary processing and adherence to payroll timelines.
- Maintain payroll records and support payroll-related audits.
- Stay updated on the latest payroll regulations,



statutory compliance, and labour law changes.
- Coordinate with internal HR and finance teams for payroll-related activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in payroll processing and HR operations.
- Good understanding of payroll concepts, statutory compliance, and recent regulatory updates.
- Experience coordinating with outsourced payroll vendors.
- Knowledge of salary processing, payroll inputs, and bank payment file uploads.
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred / required.
