Senior Waiter – Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Waiter to provide excellent customer service, supervise junior staff, and ensure smooth daily restaurant operations. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling guest concerns, coordinating with the kitchen and bar, training team members, and maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, honesty, and professionalism.
Requirements: Minimum 3 years of restaurant experience, robust communication skills, leadership ability, and a customer-focused attitude.
