We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Admission Counsellor to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for guiding students in making informed decisions about their higher education.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student enquiries through calls, emails, and online interactions.
- Guide prospective students and parents on program eligibility, specializations, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into applications and admissions.
- Coordinate the end-to-end admissions process, including application screening, interview scheduling, and offer letters.
- Manage fee follow-ups, document verification, and enrolment formalities.
- Maintain accurate applicant records and update CRM databases.
- Prepare regular admissions reports and track application and enrolment progress.
- Represent the institution at education fairs, webinars, and campus events.




- Coordinate with faculty and other teams to ensure a smooth admissions process.

Eligibility & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline. MBA/PGDM is an added advantage.
- 1–4 years of experience in admissions counselling, student engagement, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive interpersonal and counselling abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kalamassery, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

- Admission Counselling: 1 year (Required)
