Recruitment Consultant, Freelance

About the Role

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant, Freelance with strong expertise in LinkedIn candidate sourcing and outreach. The consultant will independently manage candidate sourcing, engagement, screening, and coordination across recruitment assignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and identify relevant candidates through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
- Conduct targeted candidate outreach and build strong candidate relationships.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Manage candidate follow-ups and interview coordination.
- Coordinate with clients regarding requirements, profiles, and interview processes.
- Maintain an active recruitment pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Independently manage assigned recruitment mandates from sourcing to closure.

Requirements





- Prior experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
- Strong hands-on experience in LinkedIn sourcing and candidate outreach.
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and candidate engagement skills.
- Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Strong client coordination and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote freelance setup.

Compensation & Growth

- Attractive profit-sharing based compensation model with robust earning potential.
- All recruitment-related expenses will be reimbursed at the end of each month.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
