- Assess patients' vital signs, medical history, and current health status.
- Provide direct nursing care and support to patients.
- Administer medications, injections, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the doctor.
Clinical Support
- Assist physicians during examinations, minor procedures, and treatments.
- Prepare patients for consultations and procedures.
- Ensure all medical equipment and supplies are available and functioning properly.
Documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Document treatments, medications administered, and patient observations.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient information in accordance with clinic policies.
Patient Education
- Educate patients and their families regarding medications, treatments, preventive care, and follow-up instructions.
- Provide health awareness and wellness guidance when appropriate.
Qualifications
GNM, B.Sc. Nursing
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
