Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Visit Sites Regularly And Ensure All Sites Are Operational.

2. Supervise Radio Frequency Optimization Related Activities.

3. Configure L2 Switch to Connect Access Points and Enhance Network.

4. Troubleshoot faults Related To the Router And Replace Faulty Network Devices.

5. Link Capacity Upgrade For Sites.

6. Execute Field Activities As Per Work Orders Issued By Network Operations Team.

7. Meet Customers, Conduct Surveys, And Provide Feedback On Network Coverage And Capacity Improvement.

8. Release Fiber-To-The-Home Desktop Plan And Carry Out Joint Field Survey To Verify Route, Equipment, And Structure.

9. Manage All On-Site Installation, Access Point(AP) Repair, Maintenance And Test Tasks.

10. Ability To Troubleshoot, Test, Access Point(AP) Repair And Service Technical Equipment.

11.



Knowledge Of Access Point(AP) And Router Installation Or Configuration.

12. Handle And Manage On-Site Troubleshooting Problems.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
