Role Overview

Bizcat is looking for a Lead Creative Strategist who can lead creative thinking across content, design, video, and campaigns.

The ideal candidate should be able to take a brand objective and turn it into a strong creative direction, while guiding the content, design, and video teams from idea to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead creative strategy and campaign ideation for multiple brands.
- Develop content strategies, campaign concepts, hooks, scripts, and social media ideas.
- Guide designers, video editors, content creators, and production teams.
- Review and improve creative outputs to maintain quality and brand consistency.
- Plan creative concepts for Reels, ads, brand films, and digital campaigns.
- Use AI tools for ideation, AI video creation, and AI-assisted editing.
- Coordinate with strategy, marketing, and client servicing teams.

Required Skills

- Strong creative strategy and ideation skills.
- Content writing, content creation,



and content strategy.
- Professional video editing knowledge.
- AI video generation and AI editing skills.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Good understanding of video production, scripting, storyboarding, shoots, and post-production.
- Strong understanding of branding, social media, and digital advertising.

Requirements

- 5+ years of relevant agency or creative industry experience.
- Experience leading creative teams or projects.
- Strong portfolio across campaigns, content, design, and video.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and team leadership skills.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
