About the Role

Agarwal Enterprises is looking for a Product Specialist – Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation with a BPT/MPT background to develop in-depth expertise in an assigned healthcare product and effectively communicate its features, applications and usage to healthcare professionals.

The role is primarily focused on product knowledge, product explanation, demonstrations, clinical communication and product support.

The selected candidate will become a subject-matter specialist for the assigned product and work closely with the Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive knowledge of the assigned physiotherapy/rehabilitation product, including its features, functions, applications and operating procedures.
- Explain product features, applications and benefits to doctors, physiotherapists, hospitals, clinics and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for customers and healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrate the appropriate application and usage of the product.
- Apply physiotherapy knowledge to explain the clinical and practical applications of the product.
- Provide product-related training to internal teams and customers whenever required.
- Support the Sales team during customer meetings,



product demonstrations and institutional presentations.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate product-related information.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate relevant observations to the concerned Product/Management team.
- Maintain product knowledge, training material and records of product demonstrations and training sessions.
- Stay updated with developments related to the assigned product and its applications.
- Travel to hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centres and other customer locations for product demonstrations and training, as required.

Eligibility

- BPT / MPT from a recognized institution.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in physiotherapy, medical devices, rehabilitation or healthcare technology will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of basic physiotherapy and rehabilitation concepts.
- Good verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain clinical and technical information in a simple and understandable manner.
- Comfortable interacting with doctors, physiotherapists and healthcare professionals.
- Willingness to learn and develop expertise in specific medical products.
- Willingness to travel for product demonstrations and customer visits.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
