Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid or Senior QA Automation Engineer specializing in Manhattan Active Omni (MAO) to join our retail technology team. In this role, you will lead the automation testing

strategy for our core omnichannel ecosystems. You will ensure flawless data flow and order execution between Salesforce Commerce Cloud, MAO, and Oracle Xstore POS. Your work directly impacts the shopping experience for our global fashion apparel brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Automation Frameworks: Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for omnichannel workflows.
- End-to-End Testing: Validate complex order lifecycles spanning Salesforce (e-commerce), MAO (OMS), and Oracle Xstore (POS).
- Omnichannel Logic: Automate test script for BOPIS, BORIS, ship-from-store, and store-fulfillment processes.
- API Validation: Author automated API tests to verify real-time inventory updates and middleware integrations.
- Regression Management:



Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployment validation.
- Defect Triage: Lead root-cause analysis for cross-platform failures and coordinate fixes with development teams
- Mentorship: Guide junior team members and establish QA best practices across the engineering department.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Platform Expertise: 5+ years of QA experience, with at least 3 years explicitly focused on Manhattan Active Omni (MAO).
- System Integration: Proven experience testing integrations with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Oracle Xstore POS.
- Automation: Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Cucumber.
- Backend Verification: Robust SQL skills for database querying and expert knowledge of API testing tools (Postman,RestAssured).
- Retail Domain: Deep knowledge of fashion retail workflows, including promotions, loyalty, split-shipments,and returns.
