About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations processes, employee lifecycle management, HRIS tools, and coordination between internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, data management, and exit formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS/HRMS systems.
- Prepare and manage HR documents such as offer letters, confirmations, and standard correspondence.
- Support HR Business Partners with employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and HR analytics.
- Handle employee queries and requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Coordinate with payroll and compliance teams for timely data submission.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate HR documentation.




- Generate periodic HR reports (new hires, exits, transfers, etc.) for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations and process efficiency.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Coordination.
- Good understanding of HR processes, employee data management, and documentation.
- Familiarity with HRIS/HRMS/PMS tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

- MBA in Human Resources or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
