1. Quantity Estimation & Measurement

- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from approved drawings and specifications.
- Verify site measurements and maintain accurate measurement records.
- Reconcile executed quantities with BOQ and identify variations.
- Assist in preparing quantity reconciliation reports.

2. Billing & Certification

- Prepare client RA Bills and ensure timely submission.
- Verify subcontractor bills based on actual measurements and contract terms.
- Coordinate with consultants and clients for bill certification.
- Follow up on certified bills and payment status.

3. Cost Control

- Monitor project costs against the approved budget.
- Track material consumption and identify cost variances.
- Assist in preparing cost reports and cash flow forecasts.
- Recommend measures to minimize wastage and improve cost efficiency.

4. Contract Administration

- Review BOQs, work orders, and contract documents.
- Prepare and maintain variation statements and extra item claims.
- Support contract correspondence related to quantities and commercial matters.
- Maintain records of contractual changes and approvals.

5. Coordination

- Coordinate with Project Engineers, Planning Engineers, Stores, and Accounts.
- Work with consultants and clients regarding measurements and bill approvals.




- Support procurement by providing quantity requirements when needed.

6. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain updated measurement books (MB), billing registers, and reconciliation statements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly billing progress reports.
- Ensure all supporting documents are available for bill submissions.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and project records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in quantity surveying for building construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and BOQ preparation.
- Knowledge of RA Billing, subcontractor billing, and quantity reconciliation.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
- Robust analytical and communication skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Timely submission of RA Bills.
- Accuracy of quantity measurements and BOQs.
- Timely certification of client and subcontractor bills.
- Cost variance control within approved limits.
- Proper maintenance of billing and measurement records.
- Timely closure of variations and extra item claims.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
