Developer (Java)
Designs, develops, tests, and deploys Java-based applications and services.
Build / maintain backend web services in SOAP, REST APIs, integrate databases, create microservices, support CI/CD, code reviews, performance improvements.
Languages: Java 11+, JavaScript, TypeScript
Frameworks: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Angular
UI: JSP, jQuery, JavaScript, Angular (components, services, routing)
Application Server: IBM WebSphere Liberty
Databases: IBM DB2, Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB

Build Tools: Maven , npm
Version Control: Git, Bitbucket
Project Tracking: JIRA
Write easy services, fix bugs, follow design guidance, write unit tests.
Own microservices, improve code quality, understand cloud deployment, handle integrations.
Architectural decision-making, high-scale services, performance tuning, define standards.
Senior Solution Lead level hands-on experience in the skills we already listed. 8 - 10 years of experience in leading a team of developers,



guiding them by providing approaches and review and be accountable for the deliverables of a team, and hands-on too, so can help with critical production issues and business escalations (same skill set as of the onsite developer positions we are looking for , but this is for offshore).
