We are looking for a Landscaping Field Executive to handle day-to-day field operations, supervise landscaping activities, coordinate manpower, and ensure proper maintenance and development of landscape sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit assigned landscaping sites regularly and monitor daily activities.
- Supervise gardeners, workers, and field staff at project locations.
- Coordinate planting, lawn development, pruning, trimming, watering, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper plantation and maintenance of trees, plants, shrubs, flowers, and lawns.
- Monitor plant health and identify pest, disease, and nutrient-related issues.
- Ensure timely application of fertilizers, bio-fertilizers, pesticides, and other inputs.
- Allocate daily work to field workers and monitor productivity.
- Maintain attendance and manpower records at assigned sites.
- Check availability and proper usage of plants, fertilizers, tools, equipment, and other materials.




- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for required landscaping materials.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report maintenance requirements.
- Prepare daily and weekly field activity reports.
- Take photographs and provide site updates to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with clients/site representatives regarding landscaping requirements.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of landscaping areas.
- Support recent plantation, garden development, and landscaping projects.
- Travel to multiple project locations as required.

Qualification

Diploma / B.Sc. Agriculture / Horticulture / Landscaping or related qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
