Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced School Maintenance Supervisor to manage and supervise the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the school premises.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily maintenance activities and maintenance staff.
- Handle and coordinate electrical, plumbing, carpentry, civil, painting, and general repair work.
- Inspect school premises regularly and identify maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and technicians.
- Attend to maintenance complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor preventive maintenance of electrical systems, pumps, generators, ACs, lifts, and other facilities.
- Maintain records of maintenance work, complaints, materials, and inventory.




- Ensure proper safety standards and a safe setting across the school premises.
- Handle emergency maintenance requirements when necessary.
- Provide regular maintenance updates to the school administration.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in maintenance/facility management.
- Experience in school/institutional maintenance will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, civil, and general maintenance.
- Good team supervision and vendor coordination skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- ITI/Diploma/Graduate qualification preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
