Junior Accountant — Job Description

Role: Junior Accountant
Department: Finance & Accounts
Experience: 0–2 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and record invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
- Prepare basic financial reports and statements.
- Support GST, TDS, and other tax-related documentation.
- Verify bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Assist senior accountants during audits and month-end/year-end closing.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Positive numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of GST/TDS.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Pay: Up to ₹41,733.33 per month
