- Welcome and greet patients, guests, and visitors in a warm, skilled, and courteous manner.
- Assist patients and guests with registration, appointments, consultations, and hospital services.
- Handle enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person interactions.
- Coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and patient visits with doctors and relevant departments.
- Guide patients and guests to the appropriate departments, rooms, and service areas.
- Maintain good relationships with patients and guests and ensure a positive experience.
- Handle patient feedback, complaints, and concerns professionally and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution.
- Provide accurate information about hospital facilities, treatments, packages, and services.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, front office, pharmacy, laboratory, and other departments for smooth patient service.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments, treatments, and feedback when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
