About the Role

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and communication-savvy Business Development Associate to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers with a technical/IT background who are interested in building a career in Business Development and IT Sales.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a basic understanding of technology, and familiarity with AI/LLMs (Large Language Models like ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.). You will work closely with the sales and business development team to identify potential clients, initiate conversations, understand their requirements, and create new business opportunities, particularly in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn, databases, and other online sources.

Conduct cold calls, emails,



and LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients.

Communicate with prospects to understand their business and technology requirements.

Generate and qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM.

Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture business relationships.

Develop a basic understanding of AI, LLMs, Healthcare IT, and emerging technologies.

Work with internal teams to understand OSP Labs' technology and healthcare solutions

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
