Job Summary:
The Area Sales Manager is responsible for managing sales activities within an assigned geographical area, achieving sales targets, developing customer relationships, and supporting the sales team to increase business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned area.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
- Identify new customers and business opportunities within the territory.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and distributors.
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Visit customers, dealers, distributors, and other business partners regularly.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
- Ensure proper product availability and distribution in the assigned area.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and other departments to support sales activities.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Train and guide sales executives/team members.
- Monitor collection/payment status where applicable.




- Ensure company sales policies and processes are followed.

Qualifications
