Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development / Marketing Executive to promote laboratory testing, inspection and compliance services and develop new B2B business opportunities.

The role involves market visits, client meetings, lead generation, business development, enquiry follow-up and relationship management with corporate and industrial clients.

Candidates with experience in an NABL-accredited laboratory, testing laboratory, inspection or compliance services will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new B2B leads and business opportunities.
- Conduct market visits and client meetings.
- Promote laboratory testing, inspection and compliance services.
- Identify and approach potential corporate and industrial clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up on enquiries, leads and quotations.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams.
- Explore new markets, industries and potential customer segments.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective clients.
- Support the business development team in achieving business targets.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure smooth client communication.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; relevant experience will be considered.




- Experience in Business Development, B2B Marketing, Sales or Marketing of Laboratory/Testing Services.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good client handling and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for market visits and client meetings.
- Ability to develop new business relationships and generate leads.
- Candidates with experience in an NABL-accredited laboratory will be preferred.
- Experience in testing, inspection, certification, compliance or laboratory services will be an advantage.
