We're looking for a highly organized Recruitment Coordinator to support executive search and recruitment operations across the GCC. This is an chance to join an ambitious startup where your work will directly shape how we deliver exceptional service to our clients and candidates.

What You'll Do

- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates against client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, clients.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS and internal databases.
- Draft job advertisements and post vacancies across multiple platforms.
- Conduct reference checks and assist with candidate documentation.
- Prepare candidate reports, interview summaries, and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support executive search projects across logistics, supply chain, maritime, FMCG, manufacturing, technology, and other industries.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

- 1–3 years of recruitment, talent acquisition,



HR coordination, or recruitment administration experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, or sourcing tools.
- Confidence working independently in a remote environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- A positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.

Bonus Points If You Have

- Experience recruiting for the GCC or Middle East.
- Experience supporting executive search assignments.
- Familiarity with recruitment CRMs or ATS platforms.
- Experience sourcing technical, commercial, or leadership talent.
