Job Description

- Manage day-to-day stitching line operations.
- Allocate work among operators according to their skills.
- Achieve daily and monthly production targets.
- Monitor line efficiency and production output.
- Coordinate with Cutting, QC, Finishing and Production teams.
- Identify bottlenecks and take corrective action.
- Control rework, rejection and production delays.
- Maintain production records and daily reports.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and machines.
- Maintain discipline and secure working practices on the production floor.
- Ensure production is completed according to customer specifications and delivery schedules.

Required Skills

- Strong garment stitching/production knowledge.
- Manpower handling experience.
- Knowledge of line balancing and production planning.
- Ability to achieve production targets.
- Problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Basic Excel/reporting knowledge.
- Experience: 3–7 years

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
