BAKERY COMMIS

Responsibilities:

 Assist the Bakery Chef in daily production

 Weigh and measure ingredients accurately

 Assist with sourdough dough preparation

 Support mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking

 Assist in breads, pastries, and desserts

 Maintain bakery mise en place

 Clean bakery equipment and workstations

 Follow recipes and production standards

 Follow hygiene and food safety procedures

 Maintain proper ingredient storage and organization

 Minimize wastage during production

 Support the Bakery Chef during daily operations

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
