About the Role

Techsky Media is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, understanding their business requirements, explaining our digital marketing and web development services, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads received through various marketing channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Explain and promote services such as Digital Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Mobile App Development.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Maintain regular follow-ups through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales and digital marketing team for successful lead conversion.

Requirements





- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Good Hindi and English communication.
- Confident and comfortable making sales calls.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing services will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development, or Digital Marketing Sales will be preferred.
