Job Title : Paid Media Executive

Role Overview:

Realatte Ventures is looking for a Paid Media Executive to plan, execute, and optimize high-performing paid campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in lead generation campaigns, data-driven decision-making, and performance optimization to deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities :

* Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

* Manage campaign budgets, targeting, bidding, and ad performance to maximize ROI.

* Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative improvements.

* Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, GTM, SEMrush, and other analytics tools.

* Track key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates, and share actionable insights.

* Collaborate with creative,



content, and sales teams to develop high-converting campaigns.

* Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.

Requirements :

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).

* 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing with a strong focus on Lead Generation.

* Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, GTM, and related marketing tools.

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize campaigns based on data.

* Proven experience in managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable ROI.

* Excellent communication, planning, and project management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
