A growing US-based Freight Forwarding company is hiring a Customer Service Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager with strong expertise in US Export Operations.

Key Requirements

- 3+ years of Freight Forwarding Customer Service experience.
- Strong knowledge of US Export Shipments, documentation, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience in ISF and AMS filings.
- Practical working knowledge of ODeX.
- Ability to coordinate with customers, overseas agents, carriers, and internal teams.
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
