Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Executive to manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations, including material receiving, storage, inventory control, material issuance, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Receive incoming materials and verify quantity and quality against purchase orders/invoices.

Properly arrange and store materials in designated locations.

Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers.

Issue materials to production, maintenance, and other departments as per approved requirements.

Prepare and maintain GRN, material issue slips, stock transfer records, and other store documents.

Monitor stock levels and inform the reporting manager about shortages or excess stock.

Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile differences.

Ensure proper identification, labeling, and systematic storage of materials.

Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.





Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Accounts, and other departments for material requirements.

Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping in the store area.

Track damaged, rejected, expired, or obsolete materials and maintain proper records.

Support monthly and annual stock audits.

Ensure all store records and documentation are updated and properly maintained.

Follow company SOPs, safety procedures, and inventory control policies.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of inventory and store management.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/software.

Good documentation and record-keeping skills.

Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Ability to maintain accurate stock records.

Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Knowledge of manufacturing/industrial store operations will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
