Job Description iMerit is expanding its team! We are looking for energetic and experienced candidates to join our US Healthcare – Insurance Verification Process as a Senior ITS Executive.

If you have prior experience in BPO, KPO, AR Calling, or International Voice Support and possess strong communication skills, we would love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities

- Perform insurance verification and handle international voice/blended operations for US Healthcare processes.
- Communicate effectively with US-based healthcare providers, insurance companies, and customers.
- Maintain accuracy and compliance with process guidelines and quality standards.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and skilled manner.





Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience in BPO, KPO, AR Calling, or International Voice Customer Support.
- Education: Minimum 10+2 / High School Diploma or any Graduate degree.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum notice period of 30 days.

Work Details & Schedule

- Work Days: 5 Days a Week (Fixed weekends off: Saturday & Sunday)
- Shift Pattern: Pure Night Shift (9-hour schedule)
- Payroll: Off-Roll (Under Third-Party Partner Payroll)
