Job Brief:

Looking for a Skilling Delivery Lead who can take charge of training delivery and help build a strong pathway to employment for candidates with disabilities. What You Will Lead

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead the end to end delivery of employability and technical skilling programs.
- Work with trainers and partners to co-create different training plans and model
- Ability to connect, build and onboard partners for skilling
- Track learner progress and work with trainers to address challenges early.
- Review sessions, learning data, and feedback to maintain solid training quality.
- Create spaces for trainers to learn and interact
- Coach trainers on facilitation, and learner engagement.
- Manage trainer allocation and support a healthy, collaborative training team.
- Oversee the full learner journey from onboarding to job readiness.
- Work with placement teams to move candidates smoothly toward interviews, jobs,



and workplace integration.
- Coordinate with partners, employers, and internal teams to make delivery seamless.
- Maintain dashboards, assessments, attendance data, and reports.
- Review delivery data to spot patterns, risks, and improvement areas.
- Suggest improvements in curriculum, assessments, and delivery practices.
- Capture best practices and help create a strong, consistent training system.
- Willingness to travel frequently

Required qualification:

- Experience in training delivery, employability programs, or learning and development.
- Understanding of disability inclusion and accessible learning is an advantage.

What you bring

Required experience:

- 6 to 8 years in training delivery, skilling programs.
- Experience guiding trainers or managing learning teams.
- Strong facilitation and learner engagement skills.
- Comfort using data to track progress and improve delivery.
- Ability to work with diverse learner groups. Exposure to disability inclusion is a strong plus.
- Ability to bring in different partners
- Clear communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

Interest and Skills:

Training delivery, facilitation, accessibility practices, learner engagement, coaching trainers, data informed planning, process improvement, and strong coordination with internal and external teams.
